The price per package includes all food and drink throughout the entire duration of the adventure. You will sample produce along the way, while filling your basket with locally sourced products of the highest quality to make up a tasty picnic spread (cheese, charcuterie, baguettes, fruit, dip, wine, etc.) that you will enjoy at your final destination.

Choose a basket option (1. Ready to Go, all inclusive option, 2. purchase the basket only- you bring all other items, 3. or BYO all items option). We will supply everything else you will need for your picnic on the day! Just bring some drinking water for the day, a fully charged mobile phone and you will need a car. You can also choose to bring picnic chairs in your car if you wish!

There will be some walking and exploring (not too intense, don’t worry!), so wear comfortable and appropriate footwear for your adventure. Rug up in colder weather and perhaps take an umbrella in case of a spot of inclement weather.

Each adventure varies in length, so read the information under each package. Two days before your adventure begins, we will send you an email with your first clue (to your first mystery destination) as well as map information.

When booking a package, select a time to arrive at your first destination. It's great to arrive as close to that time as possible, so that your adventure will not feel rushed and so that you can make the most of your day: it will allow you plenty of time to solve clues, explore the beautiful region and what it has to offer, and allow you to savour your experience.

You will receive your first clue via your Welcome Email 2-3 days before your adventure is scheduled to begin. Within this email, there will be a link to your first clue. The answer to this clue will reveal your first destination. (Only open this link the night before or day of your adventure!). Once you have finished at your first destination, continue to follow the links to reveal subsequent clues. These will eventually lead you to your final destination!

We have a strict, four day minimum cancellation policy. If you wish to postpone your trip for any reason, please do so before this time, by either emailing us or calling us. As we pre-plan and book you in for your stops along the way, this allows us to communicate with the local foodie businesses in time.

All of our final destinations have undercover seating or indoor areas so you can still enjoy your day if the weather is inclement. Except for Yarra Valley Family Fun in the Sun, and all three of our Dandenong Ranges Adventures. If you do wish to reschedule your picnic due to the weather, please ensure you do give us four full days' notice.

For our adventure packages that are further from Melbourne (South Gippsland and Bright), you will need to book your own accommodation (we will tell you which location is central to your adventure, and can give you two accommodation options we recommend).
